On our Spanish Ham Workshop and Lunch, you will learn from the Bar 44 experts all about the different varieties of ham, how to enjoy it, and have a tutored tasting of 3 different varieties of ham. Then it’s time to learn the all important art and tradition of carving a Spanish ham. You will have a ham carving demonstration followed by the opportunity to have a go at carving ham yourself!

After the workshop, sit back and relax with a family style Spanish lunch in the restaurant whilst chatting about the afternoon – all with a sherry or 2!
