The all-day-dining restaurant really showcases British meats. Dry ager fridges will display cuts of beef from the best suppliers in Northern England and Scotland. All steaks will be finished with an aged beef dripping and chargrilled on the red-hot Robata Grill. The seasonal menu includes sharing platters such as The Rarebreed Board with smoked ox cheek, bone marrow flatbread, beef sliders, chicken liver parfait, and beef and pepper sausages made in-house. The menu also features a key signature dishes such as the Rarebreed Wagyu Burger, made entirely from wagyu-angus beef from Highland Wagyu in Scotland with Ogleshield cheese and tart tomato chutney. Their Surf and Turf is the perfect dish for sharing; a board of a whole lobster, smoky T-bone steak, pork tomahawk, hand-cut chips and salad.
The bar will feature a carefully curated list of cocktails and spirits championing British brands such as Copper Rivet gin from Kent and the award-winning Nyetimber English Sparkling Wines. Brewery fresh lager by Meantime will also be pumped from their newly installed Meantime tanks, making for the ultimately hoppy, refreshing beer.
